Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in working with students, parents, staff, and a variety of community and higher education professionals; Excellent computer skills (including Google Docs and Sheets) and capacity to learn new programs; Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Demonstrated accuracy with attention to detail and record keeping and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; Experience with PowerSchool and Google Calendar preferred; Understanding of college admissions and the post-high school planning process preferred.
