Job Description The Project Specialist performs a full range of varied, multi-skilled secretarial, clerical, and administrative support that requires creativity, and independent, discretionary judgment. The Project Specialist will manage the billing work queue for SNF billing, provide administrative support for the post-acute network and assist with various responsibilities such as referral work queue management, provider communications (internal within the department) and all reporting for Geriatrics and the post-acute network. Additionally, the Project Specialist will help to manage EpicCare Link requests related to the post-acute care network and other various tasks. This Project Specialist will work with the Practice Manager, Director and VP to perform project management duties that support the initiation, planning, execution and completion of projects. Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, administration, or similar field or equivalent work experience. Required Experience Two to three years previous administrative work and analytics Preferred Experience One to two years previous healthcare experience preferably in previous analytical role Licensure, Certification, Registration Microsoft Excel Certification We take great care of careers.
