Administrative Assistant Position:
Administrative Assistant (Salaried)
Salary:
$40,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Health Insurance and 401(k) Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the property management team to support homeowners, tenants, vendors, and office operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities File and maintain paper and electronic records in an organized manner. Process and input checks accurately into the property management software. Review prospective tenant applications for completeness and assist with the application process. Enter and maintain tenant information within the property management system. Assist with contacting vendors to coordinate maintenance requests and work orders. Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, and reports. Deposit coins and other funds at the bank as directed. Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn property management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Professional demeanor and customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry office files or supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to occasionally travel to the bank or other local business locations as needed.
