Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative activities for reconstruction projects from authorization through completion and payment, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain project files, track required documentation, and monitor next steps so jobs continue progressing according to established timelines.
- Schedule appointments, project activities, and follow-up tasks while keeping internal teams and external partners informed of changes or updates.
- Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to support timely project execution and issue resolution.
- Assist with material purchasing and vendor coordination to help keep jobs supplied and aligned with project needs.
- Support estimating, billing, budget monitoring, and job cost oversight by preparing information and updating internal systems.
- Handle general office administration, including reception coverage, office supply management, and routine operational support.
- Use company software to document project activity, maintain visibility into job status, and support reporting needs.
