Job Description

Akerman is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Office Services Coordinator for its Wilmington, Delaware office. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive office services support while ensuring exceptional service to attorneys, clients, and business professionals in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a strong service mindset. The successful candidate will actively assess information, adjust priorities in response to changing business needs, and consistently provide exceptional support to internal and external clients. This is a full-time position in the office/40 hours per week. Work schedule in office Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
