Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity software Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering clear information and support Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing Word processing files, and managing office supplies Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills Experience with office management tasks such as filing, calendar management, and organizing meetings or appointments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is a plus for supporting financial processes Proven customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset Join us as an Office Assistant where your enthusiasm will drive our success!
