!! Job Summary We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you will act as a key support system for our leadership, assisting area management in a wide variety of daily tasks ranging from basic accounting and human resources to general corporate projects. If you enjoy a dynamic workday where you can learn multiple facets of a business, we want to meet you! What You Will Do (Daily Responsibilities)
Management Support:
Assist management with various administrative tasks, including human resources (HR).
Front Office Operations:
Handle phone answering duties, route calls to the appropriate team members, and greet office visitors.
Organization & Logistics:
Manage document control through scanning and filing. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Proficient with digital tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highschool diploma required.
