Full Job Description Condominium Administrative Assistant Location:
Aventura, FL Position:
Full-Time We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Condominium Administrative Assistant to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be comfortable working directly with residents, vendors, management, and Board members. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the management office. Assist residents and owners with questions, requests, and general concerns. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain professional correspondence. Prepare and distribute notices, letters, emails, and community announcements. Maintain resident, owner, tenant, and property records. Assist with move-in/move-out procedures, elevator reservations, and contractor access. Assist with parking, access devices, resident registrations, and building records. Maintain and update information in the condominium management system. Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous administrative or customer service experience required. Condominium, HOA, or property management experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional and courteous when dealing with residents and vendors. Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. BuildingLink or similar property management software experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, patient, and customer-service focused . The candidate should be comfortable working in a busy condominium environment and handling multiple requests and priorities throughout the day.To Apply:
