Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Handle pro shop duties including greeting guests, managing tee times, and maintaining a tidy work space Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure seamless office management Provide customer support by responding to client questions via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions Assist with calendar management Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks as needed Requirements Proven office management or administrative experience Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication expertise Knowledge, experience and understanding the game of Golf Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and clerical duties required Strong Knowledge of and experience with QuickBooks Online required Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Strong typing skills with attention to proofreading and accuracy in all documentationJoin us in this energetic role where your organizational talents will shine!
