Bonita National Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Office Manager. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our members.
General Purpose:
Meets and greets all members, providing all necessary traffic management and other administrative support required to effectively operate the Administrative Office. Provides information and support to all guests, members, homeowners, prospects and team members.
Essential Duties:
Assist all members and phone inquiries with professional, informative community knowledge and information. Register, track, and report daily traffic totals. Provides clerical support for the team that includes but not limited to answering telephone calls and email inquiries, typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, traffic reports or other reports as needed. Help to maintain a neat and clean office/lobby. Orders and organizes office supplies. Regular and reliable attendance & performs other duties as required. Weekend work may be required in season. Manage and supervise administrative office staff, providing leadership, motivation, and daily direction. Support team communication and continuity by documenting actions and maintaining records. Ensure office security by following safety protocols and controlling visitor access.
Education/Experience:
College degree, or two to three years in customer service-related training or field(s).
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. Exceptional customer service standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills including; Microsoft word, EXCEL and NorthStar programming.
