Responsibilities:

Greet applicants, clients, and guests Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries Schedule interviews and assist with applications Post jobs on social media and job boards Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements:

Positive and professional attitude Strong communication and computer skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy office Basic social media knowledge High school diploma or GED required
