Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our National Survey Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clerical and administrative tasks, maintaining project organization, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
Log and track projects to ensure milestones are achieved. Review and analyze land surveys for completeness. Communication with clients and in-house surveyors. Maintain an organized digital filing system. Proofread legal descriptions, proposals, and correspondence. Work with Excel spreadsheets for data organization. Manage internal and external correspondence effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with digital filing systems and document management. Exceptional proofreading and communication skills. Prior experience in an administrative or account management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret land surveys and legal descriptions. Familiarity with Title Insurance commitments and real estate transactions is a plus.
