Are you ready to design your future? Be our next Project Administrator and join our Transportation Construction Services team in Florida. This role provides leadership, oversight, and construction engineering administration support on transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with FDOT standards and requirements. What a day at EXP has in store for you Manage and coordinate all phases of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) construction administration. Direct and assign work to administrative and field staff. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the duration of transportation construction projects. Prepare, review, and manage progress estimates and final estimates. Exercise independent judgment and initiative in resolving project-related issues and challenges. Ensure compliance with FDOT standards, specifications, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate project documentation and construction records. Communicate effectively with FDOT representatives, contractors, consultants, and project team members. What your experience looks like Candidates with a degree in
Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management:
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience on relevant transportation projects. A Master's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience. Candidates without a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of eight (8) years of CEI, roadway, or bridge construction experience. At least two (2) years of experience must include relevant transportation projects. Certifications FDOT Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). CTQP Final Estimates Level
