BEGINNING SALARY
Based on classification and pay plan for Classified employees:
GRADE 18
$16.68 per hour Front Desk Clerk(Evenings) Tuesdays andWednesdays 4pm to 8:30pm, 9 hours weekly First point of contact. Managing the front desk, assisting individuals with directions and campus information, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling placement tests, and making follow up calls as
SCOPE:
Provide general clerical work as described to assure the smooth operation of the school.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED:
• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Knowledge of word processing and data entry applications as well as general office technology as related to the specific job functions. • Type at 30 correct words per minute.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING
REQUIRED:
• Valid Florida Driver’s license.
