Role Description - The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position supports daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing incoming mail, and maintaining organized records and files. The Administrative Assistant helps schedule meetings, prepares basic correspondence and reports, and assists with member inquiries and facility-related requests. The role also includes updating simple databases or spreadsheets, coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations, and handling general clerical tasks as needed. Handle office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
