Are you a charismatic, upbeat professional who loves to put on a show and light up a room? We are partnering with a dynamic and growing education company to find a passionate Project Assistant to join their team in a hands-on, hybrid role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on variety. One day you might be the welcoming voice onboarding a new client over the phone, the next you could be developing original English curriculum materials or confidently proctoring an exam in front of a room full of students. You will be at the heart of daily operations, supporting everything from client communication and enrollment tracking to billing and special projects. If you are driven, take initiative, and love connecting with people, this role is your stage.
Requirements:
Answer incoming phone calls and onboard new clients, delivering a charismatic, upbeat first impression that turns inquiries into enrollments. Handle daily administrative operations, including recording client information, tracking enrollments, managing diagnostic call logs, and sending procedures and billing. Assist in the creation of original English curriculum materials to support the company's educational programs. Proctor exams (including at the Doral location), send diagnostic scores, and manage billing in QuickBooks (training available) while supporting general daily operations.
Qualifications:
College graduate with a charismatic, upbeat, and extroverted personality while remaining approachable and friendly Strong English writing skills, with an English, marketing and/or copywriting background preferred; bilingual is a plus, but English proficiency is required. Confident and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people Passionate and initiative-driven, with the ability to handle a direct communication style in a fast-paced environment.

15-20 hours per week; preferred hours 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM daily. Must be open to working Saturdays.

$19.00 per hour plus commission
