Responsibilities Manage busy executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Serve as a key point of contact for executive communications Prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal reports Assist with expenses, invoices, and day-to-day administrative processes Coordinate with internal departments and external partners Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Required 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills and a positive presence Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and work independently Sound judgment and a high level of discretion when handling confidential matters
