Join our EcoKids Team! EcoKids Bilingual Preschools & Elementary is seeking a Bilingual highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our school. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced educational environment. Responsibilities The Office Assistant will support the administrative team by: Greeting and assisting current and prospective families Managing parent communications via email, phone, and in person Assisting with student enrollment and registration Maintaining student files and ensuring all required documentation is complete Preparing and organizing DCF licensing paperwork and records Completing and filing incident and accident reports Managing child records and confidential documentation Entering and maintaining student information in school databases Assisting with Procare (preferred) Updating enrollment information and waiting lists Preparing administrative reports and spreadsheets Supporting school events and administrative projects Maintaining organized digital and paper filing systems Providing general office support to the Director and administrative team Qualifications Required Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Professional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Experience working in a preschool, private school, or childcare setting Experience with Procare or other childcare management software Knowledge of Florida DCF licensing requirements Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Friendly and welcoming Highly organized Dependable and punctual Proactive and solution-oriented Calm under pressure Professional in appearance and communication Passionate about supporting children, families, and education
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
