Schedule:
Monday-Friday, either 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet customers, vendors, and visitors Dispatch field personnel and coordinate schedules Manage calendars, appointments, and office communications Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Prepare, scan, file, and organize documents Assist with job tracking, project documentation, and general office administration Support project managers and operations teams with clerical tasks Maintain a professional and organized front office environment Qualifications Strong tenure and proven experience in an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Dispatcher, or Construction Administrator role required Construction, contractor, or trades industry experience strongly preferred Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Exposure to QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Procore is a plus Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused Competitive compensation offered based on experience.
