Requirements High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred Minimum of 1 year administrative or office experience Valid Drivers' License Experience with medical billing, scheduling, or mental health services is a plus Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Communication, organization, and customer service skills Professionalism and care when handling confidential information Flexibility to work occasional extended hours or special events
Responsibilities:
Greet and support families by phone and email as they begin services Guide clients through intake paperwork, scheduling, and account setup Coordinate appointments and help ensure timely access to services Obtain and track insurance authorizations and payment arrangements Communicate approvals and next steps with families, providers, and billing teams Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases Support grant reporting, provider documentation compliance, and community outreach events Always uphold confidentiality, privacy standards, and our organizational values
