APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
: High School Diploma or equivalent. Clerical skills with above average typing skills. Computer competent, work experience in an office setting and dealing with the public. Detailed, organized, empathetic and nonjudgmental. Experience managing and prioritizing a variety of tasks relating to appointments, schedules, reports and correspondence. Flexibility with problem solving and decision making skills and able to work independently. Must have a valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be insurable by the Agency's liability carrier. English/Spanish speaker preferred.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
: Telephone coverage, monitor phone messages and department emails Greet and assist clients Calendar management, scheduling appointments, referrals Electronic Health Records management Maintain confidential Client records through internal and external office communication Gather information for records requests Track and order necessary office supplies General administrative duties and clerical support Full Time Position—Tuesday-Thursday:
10:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. Friday
Saturday:
8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.
BENEFITS
The benefits The House Next Door provides are 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year of employment, increasing to 5 weeks for years 2 through 5, 5.6 weeks for years 6- 10 and 6 weeks after 11 plus years of employment and 10 paid holidays per year.
