This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, helping people, and being part of a growing company where responsibilities and opportunities may expand over time. Position Details Part-Time W-2 Position Approximately 20 hours per week Starting at $15.00 per hour , with starting pay based on experience and qualifications In-person position in DeLand, Florida What You'll Help With The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our administrative and leadership team with responsibilities that may include: Answering and routing phone calls and messages Assisting with client communication Supporting appointment scheduling and rescheduling Helping maintain calendars and office schedules Organizing documents, forms, and administrative records Scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic records Assisting with basic data entry Monitoring and organizing incoming correspondence Supporting office supply and inventory needs Preparing documents and materials for staff Helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment Assisting leadership and the Office Manager with administrative projects Other administrative responsibilities as the needs of the practice evolve What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and consistent Highly organized Comfortable managing multiple small tasks Professional and friendly when communicating with clients Able to maintain confidentiality Comfortable learning new computer systems Detail-oriented Able to follow established procedures while also recognizing when something needs attention Comfortable asking questions when unsure Able to work independently once trained Interested in being part of a growing organization Experience in healthcare, mental health, medical offices, insurance, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support is helpful but not required for the right candidate. Skills That Would Be Especially Helpful Experience with electronic health records or scheduling systems Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong written communication Phone and customer-service experience Basic spreadsheet skills Experience handling confidential information Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Why Life's Path?
