JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications: Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and instruction from Attorneys Strong multi-tasking ability Must have strong computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Experience with Filevine legal software is beneficial Managing a case load of primarily auto accident and slip and fall cases Work directly with the clients and adjusters to investigate the nature of every case Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and instruction from Attorneys Assist the attorney in developing personal injury cases for settlements, preparing the appropriate documents and correspondence needed Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have acute attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. Customer oriented and familiar with relevant laws as it applies to personal injury cases Handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution. Scheduling court hearings, depositions, trials, preparing pleadings and letters. Manage attorney calendar.
