Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Supplies administrative support services to the Maintenance staff and assumes the role as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources. Performs routine office or clerical support tasks according to well established. procedures. Examples of work performed may include sorting and distributing, mail, photocopying, filing, posting or proofing data, or answering telephone calls and recorded messages. Work performed may also include composing routine correspondence, preparing routine reports, scheduling meetings or appointments, screening and directing incoming calls, providing information, maintaining files, or transcribing dictation. Prepares documents using Microsoft applications; formats, proofs, edits for errors. Assist Project Supervisor on the data entry of the inventory tracking database. All other tasks assigned by the Department. Perform regular visits to all ITS storage locations under this Contract; Monitor stock level at all storage locations Ensure all storage locations are well kept and organized Be responsible for ITS inventory in MIMS Support the Contractor's Project Manager, Lead Operations Supervisor and technicians with inventory and warehouse duties including but not limited to spare parts inventory, MIMS ID/barcode assignment, parts procurement, parts tracking and replenishing, Return Material/Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing. Perform other tasks assigned by the Department.Experience required:
Two (2) years of experience in a position of similar requirements or equivalents. Understanding of office principles. Good interpersonal and telephone skills. Communicate in English clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. High level of skill in the use of all Windows based applications. Ability to write meeting minutes and file all materials based onISO 9001
standards. Ability to coordinate real time activities and priorities. Proficiency of all office-related equipment. Prepares documents using Microsoft applications; formats, proofs, edits for errors. Maintain a valid driver's license.Education required:
High school diploma from an accredited high school. Technical coursework in related fields is preferred.Reports to:
