The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about helping others, and has a strong sense of initiative, adaptability, and a heart for service. ✨
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage calendars, organize systems, and support multiple providers Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to think outside the box and take initiative in improving processes Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, EHR systems (experience with Ensora or similar a plus) A passion for accessibility, equity, and supporting a holistic mental health missionResponsibilities Include:
Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for clinicians Handling confidential client information and maintaining accurate records Supporting client intake, documentation, and referrals Collaborating on internal systems, workflows, and office operations Assisting with billing coordination, client communication, and follow-up Creating and updating reports, forms, and materials as needed Providing bilingual administrative support to clients and familiesWe Offer:
