This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, and route messages accurately and promptly. Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage Intacct to maintain accurate records. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Assist with some accounts payable. Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, offering friendly assistance and solutions. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and good proofreading abilities. Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools is preferred. Bilingual capabilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs confidently. Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, and document management. Ability to handle phone calls efficiently while maintaining excellent customer support standards.
