Job Description

Job Overview We're hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Office Worker to keep daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, maintain an organized office and accurate records, provide responsive customer support, manage scheduling and correspondence, coordinate supplies/equipment, and step in to support team members as needs arise. The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage inbound and outbound communications (phone and email); route messages and respond promptly.
Perform clerical tasks:
accurate data entry, filing (digital/physical), and document preparation. Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, forms, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Provide front-line customer support; answer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate. Organize and replenish office supplies; coordinate basic equipment setup and service requests. Prioritize competing tasks using effective time-management strategies to meet deadlines. Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings; prepare agendas, take notes, and handle logistics. Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff as needed, managing calendars and appointments. Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and other software tools for daily tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace to support productivity. Skills Clear, professional verbal and written communication; confident with multi-line phone systems Strong clerical skills with keen attention to detail for formatting and proofreading Customer service mindset with effective problem-solving and de-escalation skills Excellent organization and time management; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Familiarity with office management practices, scheduling, and recordkeeping Experience supporting executives/personal assistant duties is a plus Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
