Job Summary We are hiring an organized and dependable Office Clerk to support administrative operations, maintain records, and assist with scheduling and office coordination. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain customer and service records Organize paperwork, invoices, and internal documentation Assist with scheduling appointments and dispatch coordination Answer calls and direct inquiries appropriately Support office staff with administrative duties Maintain organized filing systems Qualifications High School Diploma Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar) Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to multitask effectively
