• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook to create and manage documents and communications.
• Coordinate shipping activities, ensuring proper labeling and timely dispatch.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist with QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Support administrative office operations by organizing files and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
