Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents and records. Support data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives. Handle correspondence via word processing, email communication, and proofreading documents for clarity and correctness. Support office management duties including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, supporting client communication efforts. Qualifications Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with computer literacy and technical proficiency. Experience with accounting is a plus. Excellent typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions. Prior experience in front desk or customer support roles is preferred.
