Our team members play a major role in delivering fast, friendly service while maintaining a clean and efficient site. We offer competitive hourly pay along with commission opportunities, allowing motivated team members to increase their earnings. Duties Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude Educate customers on wash packages, memberships, and promotions Actively sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships and earn commission opportunities Assist guest with membership sign-ups and account questions Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel Maintain cleanliness of vacuum areas, lot, tunnel entrance, and guest areas Monitor wash operations to ensure a safe and efficient guest experience Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Work as part of a fast-paced team environment Follow company safety procedures and operational standards Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Skills Strong communication and people skills Sales experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable approaching and speaking with guest Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Dependable and punctual Team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Goal-driven individuals who enjoy earning commissions and bonuses
