Full Job Description Administrative Support:
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail). Maintaining and updating records and databases. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Assisting with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. Organizing and managing office supplies. Filing and archiving documents. Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Communication:
Acting as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Drafting and editing documents, emails, and other correspondence.
Organization and Planning:
Managing office operations and workflows. Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Organizing and scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensuring that deadlines are met.
Data Entry and Processing:
Entering and updating data in databases and spreadsheets. Processing and managing documents. Creating and maintaining records. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong organizational and clerical skills Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Familiarity with QuickBooks Ability to manage calendars and provide administrative support Bilingual candidates are preferred
