Supr Office Services VITAS Healthcare - 3.3 Maitland, FL Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Manufacturing Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description The Office Services Supervisor will oversee medical supplies, PPE, forms and Office Depot ordering and inventory; along with supervising staff in both the Sample and Miramar Offices. Assists Senior Business Manager with hiring and training of new employees. Schedules and oversees Office Services staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Tracks monthly supply management Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy. Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. Replenishes stock and inventory as needed. Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the Office Services Department. Ensures inventory is delivered in a timely manner and according to schedule. Ensures products are properly rotated and distributed prior to expiration dates. Schedules large amounts of supplies being transferred to and from various Program locations, if needed, with Facilities in the absence of Sr. Business Manager Coordinates inventory between Teams and departments. Collaborates with Sr. Business Manager, other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of Office Services practices. Ability to establish PAR Levels for needed supplies. Data entry of Forms Inventory on a Quarterly for Program. Monitors expenditures and collaborates with Sr. Business Manager regarding findings and the implementation of any corrective actions if needed. Enforces operating instructions and safety policies. Resolves routine equipment issues within Sample and Miramar Offices (ie: copiers) Effective communication with sr. management team and external vendors. Performs related duties as required. Experience:
Two or more years of inventory, distribution or manufacturing experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Warehouse experience preferred Ability to anticipate and solve problems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems. Must be able to Travel to various locations.
Education:
Associate degree in Business or similar discipline required; or at least four years of experience in field of work to compensate for education requirement.
