Responsibilities:
Partner closely with executive leadership to manage day to day church and office operations. Serve as the primary, welcoming point of contact for staff, members, visitors, and external service vendors. Coordinate and maintain executive and church calendars, including meeting reservations and scheduling. ... Review vendor invoices, monitor office expenses, and manage procurement of campus and office supplies. Maintain accurate parish and administrative records in the church database (Realm) and Dropbox. Oversee facilities and technology equipment, including phones, printers, security cameras, key fobs, and IT vendor logistics. Assist with document preparation, worship bulletins, meeting minute transcriptions, and event advertising calendars. Support special initiatives such as the Annual Giving Campaign and manage mail/postage accounts.
