Job Description

Resort Management, a premier full-service condominium and homeowner association management company, is seeking a is seeking a part-time Office Assistant on Marco Island, FL. SUMMARY The Office Assistant provides administrative and customer service support for the condominium management office and assists with daily office operations. This entry-level position is ideal for a professional, organized, and dependable individual who enjoys working with homeowners, residents, and guests in a friendly and service-oriented environment. The Office Assistant helps maintain office records, supports resident communications, assists with registration tracking, and ensures the office remains organized and welcoming. This position reports to the Property Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Examples of the Office Assistant's duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records File, organize, and manage physical and digital documents Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Provide friendly, responsive customer service to homeowners and guests Assist with general administrative and office duties to support the management team Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment SKILLS Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
