Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries related to billing within the department, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Utilize Excel to create, update, and analyze spreadsheets and reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support by preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate and maintain records, files, and databases for departmental use.
- Facilitate communication within the department and with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and handling incoming correspondence.
- Support the Office Manager with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and protocols in all administrative activities.
