Homestead, Florida Full Time Perm Job Maintenance & Reliability Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance operations for the Bluehouse facility and supporting utility systems. This role is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, improving equipment reliability, managing CMMS and work planning processes, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations. Key Responsibilities Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS work processes. Drive reliability improvements and root cause analysis initiatives. Oversee maintenance KPIs including PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, and backlog management. Provide technical oversight for HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, piping, rotating equipment, compressed air, standby power, and water systems. Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and biosecurity standards. Partner with Operations and Engineering to support production continuity and facility improvements. Qualifications 10+ years of maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering experience in industrial, aquaculture, food manufacturing, utilities, or similar environments. Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning/scheduling, and reliability programs. Strong technical knowledge of industrial utility systems, HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, motors, and rotating equipment. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred. Schedule Monday-Friday during core business hours, with flexibility to support outages, maintenance events, and urgent operational needs outside standard hours as required.
