Job Summary A growing national HVAC/R service provider is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to support a Certificate of Insurance project on a temporary contract basis. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys organized, deadline-driven work and wants to contribute to a high-volume licensing and compliance function. The Licensing Specialist will assist with maintaining accurate COI records, supporting business license renewals, tracking outstanding insurance requirements, and coordinating administrative follow-up with internal teams and external contacts. This is a 100% on-site opportunity in Melbourne, FL with a Monday through Friday schedule. This position offers a supportive team environment, steady administrative work, and the potential for extension or full-time conversion based on business needs and performance. It is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build experience in licensing, compliance administration, insurance documentation, and corporate administrative support. Key Responsibilities Request, review, submit, and update Certificate of Insurance information for jurisdictions where company licenses are held. Track outstanding COI requirements and follow up to ensure deadlines and compliance needs are met. Assist with business license renewals and related administrative documentation. Maintain accurate records in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Prepare, process, and track mailings, forms, and other licensing department documents. Perform general administrative and computer-based tasks to support department workflow.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$20 to $23 per hour.
