Calendar Management:
Maintain daily schedules, prioritize meeting requests, and resolve time conflicts.
Communication:
Screen and direct phone calls, manage email inboxes, and act as a liaison between management and internal or external partners.
Travel & Logistics:
Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
Document & Project Prep:
Draft reports, format presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), take meeting notes, and manage special projects
Culture & Engagement:

Responsibilities:
Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
Qualifications:
