Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Team Member / Cook to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and cooking food, maintaining high standards of food safety, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food production, grilling, and ensuring sanitation procedures are followed diligently. Additionally, the position includes front-of-house duties such as expediting orders, bussing tables, and serving guests to create a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate grilling equipment efficiently and safely to produce high-quality dishes. Follow strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests. Assist with food production tasks to meet customer demand promptly. Support front-of-house operations by expediting orders to ensure timely service. Buss tables, clean dining areas, and serve guests with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Skills Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitizing procedures. Experience with grilling and food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction. Flexibility to handle both kitchen duties and front-of-house responsibilities as needed.
