We are looking for someone organzied, dependable and detail oriented. Experience in the plumbing or construction industry is a plus. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments Coordinate and dispatch service technicians Track GPS trucks and techncian locations Print plans and organize project documents Send plans out for pricing and vendor quotes Prepare proposals and change orders Create and send invoices Coordinate inspections , permits and service scheduling Communicate with customers, vendors and field technicians Maintain organized job files and office records Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities is neccessary to assist diverse clients and team members Exceptional phone etiquette coupled with strong clerical and administrative experience High level of attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing systems Proven ability to handle customer service interactions professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Schedule Monday - Friday (day shift) Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Typical range: $19-$24/HR Paid holidays and PTO available after 1 year Full time position This position is an excellent fit for someone eager to leverage their office experience in a vibrant environment.
