Job Summary Our Front Desk team members serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and performing clerical tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor and exhibit dependability. Duties Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone calls and emails professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate records of patient check-ins and check-outs using computerized systems. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading to support office operations. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for medical staff. Handle billing inquiries and process payments. Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in office management tasks including clerical work and personal assistant duties. Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and guests. Ability to operate computerized systems for managing appointments and records efficiently. Attention to detail for accurate proofreading of documents and communications. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth operational processes at the front desk.
