Job Description

Join our team! We are looking to hire a Front Office Coordinator for our Physical Therapy center. This person will oversee the front office operations providing excellent customer service and maximize patient scheduling for physical therapy. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion Answer incoming telephone calls Schedule appointments maximizing the physical therapists' schedules Obtain prior authorizations when needed Collect copays/deductibles and outstanding balances Scan patient documents Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information Provides support to the Office/Billing Manager and works closely with the physical therapists to ensure patients needs are met with scheduling Post some charges and payments. Experience preferred but will train someone who wants to learn and grow in their knowledge! Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities accurately Computer proficiency Insurance verification/authorization experience is strongly desired. However, we are willing to train someone who demonstrates attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn Prior authorization and some billing experience is a plus Outstanding benefits include: - Paid

Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
