Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Coral, FL. This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner. The Administrative Assistant will maintain records and files, schedule appointments, assist with report preparation, and support inspectors and leadership with clerical and administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include data entry, updating customer information, preparing basic correspondence, and coordinating office supplies and logistics to help ensure an efficient, well-organized work environment. Qualifications Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and basic data entry skills. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; experience in real estate, construction, or inspections is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in office administration is beneficial.
