About the RoleA busy accounting firm in North Miami that specializes in taxes is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join the team immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start an administrative career in a professional office setting. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, reliable, and able to communicate with Brazilian customers.
Important RequirementConversational Portuguese is required. If you do not speak Portuguese, you will not be considered for this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriatelyCommunicate with customers in both English and PortugueseProvide excellent customer service to clients, including Brazilian customersPerform general administrative support dutiesAssist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and organizing documentsSupport the office team with day-to-day tasksUse computers and office software to complete daily assignments
