The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and the ability to optimize processes to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Position Responsibilities Logistics & Operations Manage day-to-day distribution center operations to meet service and delivery standards Oversee inventory management, shipping, and receiving functions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Team Leadership Supervise, train, and support distribution staff to achieve performance goals Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Develop staffing plans to meet operational needs Process Improvement Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor key performance indicators to assess and improve operational effectiveness Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain performance Prerequisites Proven experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of supply chain management systems and best practices Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification What the Role Offers Competitive base salary of $95,000 - $107,000 Opportunity to lead a dynamic distribution team Professional growth and leadership development opportunities A collaborative and supportive work environment Why Miami?
