Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Front Desk Lead to serve as the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to office management. As the Front Desk Lead, you will oversee daily front desk operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment. This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills while managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office setting. Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining phone etiquette standards. Oversee office management tasks such as filing, calendar management, and document proofreading to support administrative efficiency. Coordinate client communication and support efforts to enhance customer experience through prompt and effective service. Maintain organized reception areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation at all times. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for word processing, scheduling, and data entry to streamline office workflows. Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing appointments, and supporting personal assistant functions as needed. Foster a positive environment that promotes excellent customer support and effective communication among team members. Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment with a focus on front desk responsibilities. Strong computer literacy skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone reception skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence and client communication. Knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and proofreading is essential for success in this role.
