This is a highly visible position within the Brevard County business community. In this role, your smile will be the first thing visitors see when they enter the door and the first voice they hear over the phone. You will be responsible for creating an inviting and professional environment that encourages members to grow their relationship with the Chamber. In your day to day, you will be responsible for: Opening and Closing the office ensuring the environment is ready to support the daily operations Greeting visitors with a smile and help providing them with information they are seeking Answering the phone in a professional and engaging manner, helping callers with a variety of questions and redirecting calls as needed Monitoring and managing calendars as needed Encouraging renewing members to rejoin the chamber by calling and emailing them Providing Data Entry into our CRM Helping to build presentations, flyers, information packets, etc. for the staff as needed Proactively helping the team with with administrative support The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: One year or more as a Receptionist in an office with heavy foot traffic and busy phones One year or more experience providing exceptional, high-touch customer service One year or more working with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Proven experience managing multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining a positive and inviting environment Ability to learn and implement AI processes into your administrative support If this describes you, apply to this posting today!
