About Us TruCare Pediatrics is a fast-paced pediatric practice focused on efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional patient care. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Office Medical Assistant to manage front desk operations while supporting clinical tasks as needed. This role is primarily front office and requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Responsibilities Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and ID accurately at every visit Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk workflow Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation Provide friendly, professional customer service Assist with clinical tasks (vitals, rooming) as needed Ensure all forms and documentation are complete and compliant Communicate effectively with patients and team members Qualifications Medical office experience preferred Medical Assistant experience/certification a plus Proven reliability and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Team-oriented with a proactive approach Bilingual (Creole or Spanish) is a plus, not required What We're Looking For Consistently punctual and dependable Takes ownership and works proactively Values accuracy and double-checks work Positive, team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Supportive team environment Consistent schedule (no late evenings) Opportunities for growth How to Apply To be considered, please submit: Your resume A brief paragraph describing: A specific example of your attention to detail and how you ensure reliability and punctuality Include the word "pediatrics" in your application or resume.
