Leo Roofing & Construction is a premier, fast-growing roofing contractor in South Florida specializing in tile, metal, shingle, and flat roof replacements. We take pride in top-quality craftsmanship, rapid project turnaround, and clear communication. We are expanding our operations team and looking for a motivated, highly organized Assistant Production Manager to work directly alongside our Production Manager and Field Supervisors at our Palm Beach Gardens headquarters.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Assistant Production Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our pre-production and daily job scheduling. You will help manage projects from signed contract to final inspection — handling municipal permitting, HOA submissions, supplier purchase orders, dumpster scheduling, and customer updates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Permitting & Municipal Coordination:
Prepare, submit, and track municipal permit packages across Palm Beach, Martin, and Broward counties; pay permit fees and coordinate Notice of Commencement (NOC) filings.
AccuLynx CRM & Job Files:
Maintain 100% accurate job records in AccuLynx — ensuring signed contracts, engineering packages, and issued permits are organized in dedicated folders.
Supplier & Dumpster Logistics:
Assist in issuing material purchase orders (ABC Supply, Tropical Roofing Supply) and scheduling roll-off dumpsters to align with tear-off schedules.
HOA Approvals:
Submit HOA architectural review applications and track approvals to keep project timelines moving forward.
Inspection Scheduling:
Call in municipal in-progress inspections (tin tag / dry-in, sheathing) and final inspections; log results into AccuLynx.
Team & Homeowner Communication:
Support the Production Manager with homeowner start-date notifications, delivery updates, and daily crew support.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience:
1-3 years in construction administration, roofing office support, permitting coordination, or project administration.
Software:
Experience with CRM software (AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or similar) is a major plus. Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and online municipal permitting portals.
Organization:
Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple moving deadlines.
Communication:
Professional phone and written communication skills with homeowners, building officials, and suppliers.
Language:
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Permit Knowledge:
Familiarity with South Florida municipal building departments is highly desirable.
WHAT WE OFFER

Pay:
$42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
